It would have gotten 3 stars if they hadn't passed off fish as eel. It said eel on the menu, and what arrived was cooked like unagi, with the same sauce, but it was very certainly two fillets of some unknown whitefish, pollock perhaps, under the sauce. Perhaps they were out of eel and hoped we wouldn't know the difference. Or, perhaps they do this all the time and most people don't. But that, and the inattentive service, merit 2 stars.
