I order my first lobster roll it looked delicious. I took a bite into it and heard a crunching in my mouth it was the cartlidge of the lobster told the waitress she appoligzed but didn't do anything. So I put that half of the sandwich aside and took a bite of the other and same thing. The hostess or owner came over and asked how everything was I told her about the cartlidge and her response was that is how you tell it is fresh. I could not believe such a rude response. It was not a good table!
