This was my 3rd visit and by far my best visit to this point, i opted for sea scallops and onion middles, also my first lobster roll at this place. lots of food was shared and totally enjoyed. scallops perfectly done, moist and succulent lightly battered. my issue was kraft prepackaged tarter sauce,a nice house made sauce would lift that presentation flaw. setting is gorgeous and location is key, however this creates some logistical issues for parking and getting in. But given the crowds at peak times, no one is hindered by the issues stated, as always taste and beauty have surpassed any negatives to coming and going, in my visits there has never been a shortage of patrons for this quaintly located gem. I stumbled on to it my first visit as well as my second visit after 10 years, now on my 3rd visit it is a destination location. great food, helpful, happy staff, and location sell this unadvertised word of mouth location. price and decor are non-factors because taste and view trump those issues, because there seems to be no shortage of seafood or people that enjoy eating great seafood. Just practice your backing skills and bring your driving shoes.
