Captain Jefferds Inn, Kennebunkport

We brought our Bernese Mountain Dog with us (NOT a small pet!); the rooms were beautiful, especially when considering the fact that they allow dogs to stay -- our doggie even got a special note from the resident dog at the Inn & cookies too! Very elegant rooms, well appointed, beautiful bathrooms, all around very comfortable, clean and a pleasure to visit. We would definitely go back. Very close to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. -- we walked everywhere from the Inn. Staff was very friendly & accomodating and the breakfast we ate there was delicious. All around a great place to stay.
