Cove Cafe is a hidden gem. Me and my husband have tried other breakfast places in Ogunquit and nothing compares to Cove Cafe. They have friendly service and delicious food with a great view. We have tried several different dishes but some of our favorites are the Cinnamon Bun French Toast with fresh strawberries. It is so sweet and delicious. If you are looking for something that's not sweet try their Lobster Frittata or their Crab Meat and Asparagus Omelet. They also have wonderful coffee, too many times me and my husband have been out for breakfast or brunch and the food was good but the coffee was horrible. Well you get the best of both worlds here, good coffee and great food.
The Cove Cafe is one our favorite places for breakfast when we come to Ogunquit! It is small and intimate, right near Perkins Cove, and the people are always very friendly. Jeb will give you a smile and a wave from in the kitchen. His family has their own lobster boat we understand, so you know it could not be fresher. We love his lobster Benedict with large fresh lobster chunks, home fries and toast! Charming, cozy and friendly, with excellent food! Always a pleasure!
