This was my first time to the festival and chances are it will be my last. Yes, no doubt the food was great, however they needed to have more seating and shaded accomodations for their patrons. Also, I think it would have been great if we were given wrist bands or stamped and allowed to re-enter the facility. Just some things to consider for next time.

The Portland Jerk Festival has been held annually for eight years now, and I have been preset at all except one. I must say that this even is something that I look forward to each year. It is a great family event and all the great Boston Jerk Vendors really get creative and make some really tasty dishes. The entertainment is also usually great. If you have not been the the Portland Jerk Festival, you really should try it; it's a great time out. :)

I came down from Canada and had a wicked time. The people were cool and the music was rough and wicked. The best jerk pork anyone can get anywhere and that includes you gramma. I'LL BE BACK!!!
