Sundowner Desert Safari, Dubai

after a hair-raising hour of dune bashing we headed off to the desert camp for an entertaining evening. ladies were encouraged to have henna tattoos while the guys who were brave enough, headed to the sand skiing slope....not many adventurous guys (or gals)on our trip! soft drinks were provided and for those requiring something a little stronger to calm the nerves, after all that banging about in the dunes, alcoholic drinks could be purchased. dinner was a barbeque of local cuisine. it was delicious, hygenically served and plentiful. the evening ended with a beautiful and very talented belly dancer who both entertained and involved her audience. a highly recommended and worthwhile experience. well worth the 160 dhms we paid.
