Each year in June the Heart of England's very own chamber orchestra stages a Last Night of the Proms at Stratford's Civic Hall. The concert, as you might imagine, tends to be extremely popular. Let your ears delight to the rousing sounds of Elgar's Wand of Youth Suite 2 and Pomp and Circumstance March No 1, Wood's Fantasy on British Sea Songs, Parry's, Jerusalem and of course to top it all Arne's Rule Britannia.
