Tess Mkt, Brunswick

I use to live in Brunswick Maine and everyday after school at St. Johns Catholic School, we would walk over to the market and their was nothing like the great smell of pizza. (Not to mention the candy we use to get for 10 cents a piece) It is the best place ever and a big part of my child hood!!! When we come up for a visit that is definitely the FIRST place we visit!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

This little, corner market has the ABSOLUTELY BEST PIZZA in the midcoast area. NONE of the big pizza chains can even TOUCH Tess'. Every time you walk into the store, you are greeted with the wiff of delicious food. They are NOT stingy with the toppings, make everything to order and are resonably priced!! They also carry a great selection of wines and what not!!!

I'm biased, I've been buying wine from Tess, and now from his daughter Anne, for the last 35 years. They have always specialized the the best value wines to be found and they still provide a great selection of really good 7.00 to 10.00 wines. They are great in the middle ranges and top end wines as well. I now live about 40 miles away from Tess Market but still go to Brunswick to buy my case lots there on a regular basis. You can't go wrong if you listen to Anne!

Ever since I was little I have always gone to Tess Market I remember buying gummy fishes for a penny a piece. The food there is fresh and made to order,anytime friends ask me where they can get pizza I always tell them Tess Market has the best. It makes me feel good that no matter how time changes and things expand there are still places like Tess Market that bring you back to how things use to be and the happy times we had as children. Thanks to all of you that work at Tess Market. I hope that you will be around for many more years so that others can enjoy your food and services
