First problem, there was no sign about this boat or cruise at the port, so after walking around for several minutes, we finally found a parking lot attendant who told us we were in the right vicinity and where the boat would dock. It was a very hot day. The air conditioning system was on, as we could hear it, but the boat was very hot inside the whole time. One of the waiters opened a window next to our table after we complained though the angle of the opening meant the air blew on to tables behind us. We felt sorry for people sitting at the very front of the boat, where I initially wanted to sit, as there didn't seem to be any openable windows there. The sun was still high and it beat in through the window panes. There were no window shades. My husband said it was like sitting inside a greenhouse. This might have been a good thing after all, as it distracted us from the food, which was mediocre. Another negative, we had a choice of chicken or salmon, though if we wanted beef, it was 7 euros more. If we hadn't already paid for this cruise long in advance, we would have walked out. They actually had the audacity to hand out customer survey cards. We gave them a very low rating and my husband wrote on there that he's had better food in England, ha ha. If you do decide, for some insane reason, to go on this cruise, take a later one so it might not be so intolerably hot. Even so, I strongly recommend against going on this cruise. Stay away!
