Findi, with its ambience and traditional Italian cuisine, gives a feeling of being in Italy. Claudio Puglia, the head chef, has recently made many changes in the menu, which add to the restaurant's popularity. Mozzarella de Bufala, Pappardelli and Tagliatelli are the specialties here. Set menus are also available.
You push the front doors and you are transported in another world. A majestic staircase, surrounded of bay-trees and candles (as in a dream!) giving on large open red curtains behind which you discover a framework and an exceptional environment. A hostess accomodates you, takes your coats and accompanies you with a table. If you are nonsmoker you will have the privilege to dine in a library! A Head Waiter takes care of us immediately : an aperitif, presentation of the day dishes. The service is fast, majestic and precis you do not have any more that with you let make. During 3 hours with my friends we passed a fabulous evening. Thanks a lot.
