The SAS/Radisson is among a group of luxury hotels in Brussels who have invested heavily in their cuisine. Its chef, Yves Mattagne, has two Michelin stars, and Sea Grill is one of Brussels' very best restaurants. As you may have gathered from its name, fish dominates the menu.
Well, the food is quite right, even if not wonderful and if portion are very small. Service is "busy" as in "expedited" (but they should be pardoned, they are barely professionals). The wine list requires considerable attention and wealth to make a reasonable choice. Top that with the most depressing decor in Brussels (you feel like in a samll Midwestern city Radisson hotel...). I can just wish reviews add been more honest, I would have avoided it.
