St. Supery and Peju Wineries, Rutherford

During our Napa vacation, we were suggested by a friend to stop by Peju winery during our stay. It was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, not at all pretentious or as snobby as some of the other vineyards we had visited. We LOVED every glass that was poured during our tasting, so much we left with a case of wine (mixed bottles, we loved them all!) and members of their wine club (which worked out great, since we got a discount on the case we purchased!).

We were completely blown away by everything about this place. It is more then a winery. We were fortunate to run in to Arianna Peju and she was kind enough to show us around before our tasting. the art, the stain glass window, the South American floor, all of which are her father Tony's creation were terrific. My writing about it does not do it justice. We have had the wine previously and just thought it would be a nice last stop on our tour. The wine presentation was informative and very well done. The best one of the day. To top the tour off we met Tony Peju on the way out and he was charming and a delightful conversationalist. This is a must stop on your tour.

Highly recommend. that was a highlight of my whole weekend. Staff is amazing, really nice people. Great wine selections!. I am definitely going back :-)

Went there for a girls weekend, Had no clue about Peju. The people were so nice but best of all beside there wine! (best wine so smooth) There was a guy who works there name Allen He did the tasting Bar and he rap's about the wines! It was the best thing about the whole day! He was great! I tell everyone now about this place because of him! Go find out for yourself! You'll Love It!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and this was the first winery we went to. We stopped in by accident becasue we were hungry and saw a sign out front that said food and wine pairing so we turned in. It was the best winery we went to in Napa valley

The staff went above and beyond the normal winery information. The best wines around. Cannot wait to return. Have given several bottles as gifts and had rave reviews from the recepients.

Very friendly, very flexible in their tasting. Will open a special wine if you ask for. Best tasteng we had in our vacation. This is considering we were only doing trade tours and most of the tastings were with reserve wines

Every visit to Napa starts at Peju. The location is beautiful...the staff is sensational (very warm and friendly)....and the wine?...the wine is Phenominal! This winery is truly a gem!

Highly recommended! Incredible wines and a beautiful experience. This is my favorite vineyard in Napa. we were there during crush. The tasting room is lovely, and the artwork terrific. The staff was warm and friendly and very welcoming. We were not able to go to one of their wine pairing meals, and it was a terrible disapointment. We are going back this May and am disapointed that their pairng meals don't start until June. We will just have to return a third time!

An air of calm comes across you as you cross the threshold into Peju. The atmosphere creates a revered, almost mystical, presence. And the wines complete that picture, with every tasting making me mutter 'My God' under my breath. Big, really big, Cabs with superb finishes made this my all time favoite - the BEST wine in either valley.
