San Ceferino Trattoria, Lima

I cannot write enough positive adjectives to describe this place. The food is amazing and immensely tasty. The restaurant has a warm and cosy feel, which serves to enhance the dining experience. However this restaurant's greatest strength is its staff. My girlfriend was fascinated. From the minute we came in we were treated as though were royalty. To say that the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful is an understatement. I strongly recommend San Ceferino and will definitely be returning. However, on weekends, make a booking, as it is very busy!

yo vivia a 100 metros de distancia de esta trttoria y fui cliente desde que se abrio , es lo mejor que he probado en mi vida , ahora vivo en USA desde el 2001 y las veces que he regresado a Lima no tuve oportunidad de ir a cenar nuevamente , los ravioles con salsa de carne aun viven en mi memoria despues de tantos anos , no he encontrado algo parecido en Miami o New York , me alegra que siga abierto y tenga tan buenos reviews , deberia ser sitio obligado para todos los que visitan Lima , felicitaciones .

I went to this place in March 2008. THe food was excellent. I have eating in very good restaurants in NJ and NYC and this place is up there. Please ask for the ostrich, octopus on the grill and fetuccini alfredo.

Mike and I travel to Lima every year, and at least twice every year will be there enjoying the delicious pastas, pizzas, wines, etc. It has a great decoration too!! We are travelling again in October this year for my Dad's 70th and the celebration will be there. Karen P.

It's a really expensive restaurant but it worth it, really it does. You can also bring your own bottle of wine. the service is great. If you are in Lima, Peru and you want some pasta, risotto, pizza etc, with the peruvian touch you MUST go.
