Prices are not cheaper at this outlet!

I've shopped around in this outles and was disappointed to see that the prices of their merchandise wasn't any cheaper than other department stores or retail stores. Customer services was also disappointing with rude sales clerks. However, I did shop at 9West and the sales associates were helpful, friendly & acknowledged their customers when they entered the store. Prices were reasonable in this store and shopping was very pleasurable. The 9West store will get my continued business.

Tommy Hilfiger store

I live in Wilmington, NC and the last two times I visited the store the customer service was awful. The floor salesperson was very rude and constantly complained about having to refold clothes and how people needed to learn how to put things back.

Love It!

We vacation in Oak Island, NC every year and make it a part of our trip to have a shopping day at the Outlet Mall. I have never been disappointed by the prices and selection of items they have. We will keep going back!!!

Irate with vending machines

Stay away from the vending machines if using a debit/credit card. I purchased a Coke for what I thought would be a charge of $1.50. However, due to using my card, I was charged a total of $7.50. I called my bank & was told it was the way the vending was set up. There were no signs telling me I would have been charged this much over a small soda.

We go twice a year!

This outlet has great stores and unbeatable deals! We go twice a year to shop. I can buy at least 3 times the amount of clothing I could buy anywhere else, including other "outlet" chains. I love this place and look forward to the two days we go! We travel a great distance just to shop here and it is well worth the gas for the bargains that can be found.

If you go to the web site and look for the sales you can get great deals and the people there are always friendly and helpful. This is the only place I shop.

Don'st go

the Polo outlet experience was horrible. The computer systim would not take gift cards and no one could explain. Nothing beats standing in line for 20 minutes for nothing.
