Stay out of this PLACE,
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/8/07
This is a company that was founded on good values, that went horribly/corporately wrong. Now with 3 new floundering restaurnats, dont you think its time to return to what made it work, or maybe the damage is already done, axe the corporate element and let the people speak, oh and if you build it they will come, well that doesnt always work, HUH!!

inconsistant
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/30/07
when it's busy the quality of service and food declines. I have had great pizza there as well as just good pizza. When they botched my order they offered me a nice topping encrusted pizza, minus the sausage that I had asked for, for free. I chose to wait for the one I ordered. When it arrived it was sorely lacking in toppings. The have excellent beer on tap but the bar staff take table orders and cater to the wait staff before attending to the bar patrons. When it's not busy the service is great and the food is fast and very good.

I want to go back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/1/05
This had to be the best pizza I've ever had (and I've had a lot of pizza in my day!). I don't know if it's because the ingredients are organic or if this restaurant just knows how to make a darn good pizza... probably both! All I know is that I live in California and on my first visit to New Hampshire, this was the one of the first places I was taken to and I absolutely loved it! I wish there was a Flatbread Company over here, but I guess this gives me yet one more reason to go back to New Hampshire!

I ate a whole pizza!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/26/07
I love this place. I always walk out of a plce with leftovers, but not at this place. They always have a new creative pizza on the specials menu. Items like sweet potato or dried cranberries. You will never want pepperoni again! The atmosphere is fun and family friendly. You have to try this place

the best pizza!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/5/05
We discovered this place last winter on a weekend trip to N. Conway and have been talking about it ever since. The absolute BEST pizza we have ever had, and a great unique atmosphere in the restaurant.

Worth a 500 mile drive
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/20/05
Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had; we are still talking about it in hushed and reverential tones, and I am from New York so I know about pizza! I recommend esp. the sausage one. I'd drive up there again just for the pizza. Wish they delivered...Wonderful ambiance too, with the round brick ovens right in the room and an excellent holistic approach to food. THE BEST.

Real Stonebaked Pizza
By Susie, 2/25/06
The most awesome place in the Valley to go for unconventional pizza is Flatbreads in beautiful downtown North Conway Villiage. The atmosphere is like steppin back to the sixties...A liile bit of time and space that the world perhaps had forgotten. A place for kids and adults alike to have fun and relax...Have good drinks and great deserts..Especially, The Brownie Sundae...Heaven in a plate! Anyone wanting an interesting, relaxing meal and time to chat with a friend, wife or lover should try Flatbreads it is a place of total enjoyment!.

3 new restaurants
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/26/07
I have recently beem to the new Flatbread in Paia, Maui. The locally sourced food is awsome. The restaurant is always on a wait for dinner. The open air dining room speaks to Flatbreads original roots in VT. The Mopsy's pork pie with surfing goat dairy goat cheese was killah. I have not visited the Flatbread in Canton Ct. but the Flatbread in Bedford Ma. was great with it's blown glass planatery look. Thanks flatbread and good luck we want one in Northampton Ma.
