China Palace Restaurant, Rochester

Service was slow, not that polite, food wasn't what I ordered and parking wasn't very good either. Other places in town offer cheaper better dining. I will pass on this one in the future. I want friendly service like the man below. He seems happy? And loves animals too!

waited 50 mins for pupu platter, came out with the wrong things on it forot fried rice we ordered. to top it off we didnt even get our drinks until we were done eating!! they didnt even compensate on the bill..will never go there again

Was delighted to be among the Friends and Family invite , only to be left waiting four hours for our order . Then to be told that they did not have the ingredients for one of their China Palace Wonton soups. Take out received a better service, Jason you put the big $ into improving the restaurant but seemed to forget the people that made it all possible. These invites meant nothing when anyone without was able to get into the China Palace. It also appeared that you couldn't take a minute out of the hurry out back to come and take a moment to speak to your valued customers. We ordered Beef with mixed veggies , only to be served a starch celery mess. i can only hope that you wake upmm Stella you are a wonderful person ,,,

I love the China palace. The service is the best and Stella is the greatest. The servers are great, Kim and Katt, they are the most friendly out of all the girls. I went 5 months with out chinese when thay closed for renovations, But I think its the best thing that Jason could have done for the place. I was eating there at least three times a week and I am doing it again. It's a good thing I go to the Jym twice a week. I would eat there everyday if I could. The food is the best I ever had and the new bar is soo much fun.

Chinese food is the best in town. Great ribs on the bone too. Everything is great.
