Ronaldos, North Hampton

I ve been visiting Ronaldos off and on for years now. Extremely disappointed this past visit. Food was terrible...TERRIBLE, looked and tasted like dog food.

I have been visiting Ronaldo's Restaurant since back when their Restaurant was at Hampton Beach, where the Ocean Wok is now. Ronaldo's has THE BEST Calamari I ever had!!

The waitstaff was extermely courteous and the food was amazing. The portions were so big I was eating leftovers for two days. Dont let the outside appearance of the restaurant fool you, the inside is beautifully decorated and the food was authentic and delicious.

I have been there so many times. I am never disappointed. The food is always good and the waitstaff is really good and never hounds you to leave. I love it there. JoanI

I went here last summer for the first time. It was great. The staff is friendly and attentive the food was excellent. Large portions. Expect to wait a LONG time to be seated.

Use to be good, frist Italian restaurant that doesn't have fresh parmesan cheese just some cheap store bought powdery cheese. Side dish of pasta had a sauce that tasted worst then jar sauce,my wife hated her meal didn't even eat it. Too bad I used to like the place... Never Again!

I agree that the portions are huge, the atmsophere is nice, the service was o.k but the special that I had tasted like a messy concoction that I tried to throw together at home not having a recipe and being dissapointed with the results, that's the only way I can describe it. I have 4 grown sons that eat every thing that comes through the door and this sat in the fridge for days before I threw it out. My husbands meal he said was just ok, nothing special.We have been 3 times, the 1st we loved it, the last 2 we were dissapointed, I don't know if we will give it another try or not.

Great place expect a long wait but a very good upscale LARGE meal. They have homemade bread to die for. WARNING they often run out of desserts. (so ask ahead to reserve)

I have dined here three times and the last two times the service was awful. I know that it is always busy here, but they just don't seem to care about the length of time between ordering your food and when it is presented to you. These last two times took 40 minutes. The waitress didn't even apologize for the delay, never checked back to see how the meal was. If I thought the food here was fantastic I might go again. It's not worth my time. There are other Italian places around that offer great food, good price and attentive service.

We know Ronaldo's is always busy, but on New Year's Eve and Mother's Day, they provide not only an Italian menu, but some specials as well, and it's the only times they TAKE reservations. That was their first mistake - we had to wait almost a half hour for seating despite that fact and it appears others were doing the same. Same for the order - we were ready to leave when it finally came. It's a shame - Ronald's has good food but they definitely mismanaged Mother's Day this year. It will be a long time before we go back - there are other good Italian restaurants in the Seacoast.
