Ron's Landing, Hampton

Visiting an eclectic group of friends I hadn t seen in a couple of years. The owner, himself, (Bob Boucher), gave us a very formal, beautiful table overlooking the beach. and probably as critical to the phenomenal night we had a private waiter assigned just to us (Moss). He took the time to learn each name and called each guest by name all night. We were there drinking and eating for almost four hours. Slow, leisurely, exquisite food, unheard of service: virtually all seemingly personalized. Filet Mignons, Rack of Lamb, shrimp cocktails, oysters, fabulous deserts. Moss is the most unobtrusive server I ve ever known: things just appeared and disappeared as if by magic.

This was by far a very pleasant and surprising dining experience. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was just right. The only complaint of the night was the air conditioning was out of order. I also give kudos to the wait staff who was very attentive to the needs and wants of a very picky eater, me. My compliments to the chef for a very well prepared meal as it was not only pleasant to the palate but also to the eye. You have to try this place when you're in Hampton Beach.

This is by far my favorite resturant! We go at least twice a year and would go more often if we could afford it! They have an assortment of entrees, but I must suggest you try the seafood! They request that you make a reservation, and there is valet parking if you want, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The views are stunning from the first floor, and the tables have linen table clothes, candles, and soft lighting....very romantic.The upstairs also has stunning views, and a full bar, so it can be loud and more of a relaxed feel if you want to bring friends, or just relax and enjoy the food. On the average it costs about $75 for two.
