Margarita Grill was Established in 1983 by the Rober family with the intent to offer fresh, affordable southwestern inspired cuisine. The food at Margarita Grill is Southwestern, a blend of many cuisines: gringo, Native American, Pre-Hispanic, Hispanic, Cowboy, Chuckwagon, and Mexican, with a smattering of Creole and Cajun thrown in for good measure. It's been said that Southwestern cuisine is the only truly American cuisine, and like America, it's constantly evolving. At Margarita Grill, we start with the freshest ingredients, including local produce and high quality meats. We've developed our own salsas, and accent our meats and fish with special rubs and flavor enhancers. And just as we layer ingredients in many of our dishes, we often layer flavors by utilizing a variety of cooking techniques, including smoking, braising and grilling. The result: hearty, flavorful Southwest-inspired dishes with a unique twist that's all our own. Margarita Grill is a NH Farm to Table Certified Restaurant that supports NH Farmers & producers of high quality products. Come in & visit for a true NH Experience
I had heard many good things about the Margarita Grill....however my personal experience was only ok. I've been there twice and both times the food and service was just average. In an area where there are so many good restaurants I would go some place else first.
I absolutely love this restaurant!! I lived in New Hampshire for many years and would go there as much as my bank account would allow me to. I now live in Florida and make a point of going there every time I am in New Hampshire. The food is wonderful, a huge variety! And the margaritas, oh the margaritas, they are incredible and strong to boot. It is family oriented and my kids love it, especially the choco tacos. I could ramble on about this place but I will end this with, go there!! You will leave full, happy and slightly buzzed off of just a couple margaritas.
We went to the Margarita Grill on our last vacation to NH and were quite disappointed. We were looking forward to a tasty spicy Mexican dinner. The food was bland, the portions small, and the dishes uninspiring. The service was extremely slow even though there were only a couple other families there. We will not go back to this restaurant.
