Overall I like the bagelry. Durham has two types of bagels, the good ones and the ones that are nothing more than round bread. The latter you'll find in the dining halls, the good ones are at the Bagelry and Higher Grounds. The bagels themselves are good, but they also put a good amount of cream cheese on them. The bagel sandwiches are also good. One last positive: wireless internet is free. In a town full of students, that should be a prerequisite to do business.
On the down sides, it's a little pricey ($2.50 or so for a bagel w/ veggie cream cheese, ~$5-6 for a sandwich). I don't see how a bagel with cream cheese can be worth more than 2 bucks. Also, the atmosphere isn't too comfy, but it used to be a Burger King, so I'll forgive them.
