Great Place to go for a good quick buffet with fresh great tasting food. All available for take out. Reasonably priced.

Whenever me annd mt friends go up to Dover for a weekend, we go ay least three times. We eat until we feel physically sick, why not? It's an all you can eat buffet! The food there is consistantly fresh and delicious. One of my all time favorie restaurants.

We eat at the buffet at least once every other week or so. Good food at a great price. Terriyaki chicken, sesame chicken and the dumplings are our favorites.

I have eaten at MANY local restaurants since my family and I moved here in 1989. A menu of chinese classic recipes has always perked my pallette and China Yan has turned this imported American favorite into my favorite place to eat outside of my own kitchen. The chefs at China Yan create tasty chinese classics that embrace one's tastebuds in flavor by not drowning everything in sauce or over salting. Their boneless spareribs are the best and the pepper chicken is deffinately something to write home about. The veggies actually taste like veggies; you can almost taste the nutrition in them. China Yan has a consistantly well stocked buffet that is loaded with fresh, hot yum-yums displayed in a clean, well organized manner. The restaurant is large enough to accomodate several large parties at once and still cozy enough to make one feel like they set up their buffet line just for you. The staff is friendly and always busy making sure you have an enjoyable meal served in a comfortable family setting. If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault.

I've eaten at China Yan several times. The food is excellent. Great buffet, great price and food is constantly being replaced to keep it fresh. Most of the time the pans are emptied before they get the chance to refill them. Worth the trip.
