Pizza Market in Franklin, NH SUCKS!!... Their subs are okay..but their pizza is horrible..and itz always raw & doughy inside. Plus you can't place an order anyways because they have 2 different numbers that dont even work! I have no idea how this place is even open! How do they get business if their phone's don't even work.....Grrrrr!!!
HORRIBLE....Beware...I placed an order for delivery and after 2 1/2 hours I called to ask were it was and they told me they were out of buffalo wings, morrazalla cheese and clams strips so they couldn't process the order. I gave them a second chance and call today and the rude girl that answered the phone after it rant 15 times told me I could order delivery but would get it for 3 hrs...When I inquired what was going on there because of my last episode..she hung up on me...I have to laugh about it because they are the ones loosing out...pretty soon soon real estate will be one the market because I can't see them staying in business very long with that level of customer service or attitude.
We've ordered delivery several times from PM, and it's pretty good...it's the better option for pizza delivery in the Franklin area. I prefer Tilton House of Pizza but sadly they don't deliver but Pizza Market is not the worst. Of course we don't like pepperoni and the greasier toppings. It is a softer style crust, not a crispy type. So I think it depends on your preference. PS, Wildfire Tavern pizza is really good! lol
Worst service ever. Called about an advertised special they had. Was told that I needed to speak to a manager. Was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Called back was put on hold again to try and submit a complaint, gave up after holding for 6 minutes.
i called pizza market last night at 7:01 pm to order food. I used my cell phone number and the guy said he did not have listing for that and my cousin said to use her number as they know where she lives as I moved in with her and am new to the area. I gave the gentleman her number and her confirmed her name and address. I placed my order and was told the amount for my order and that it would take about 40 minutes. 70 minutes later I decided to call and check on my order to find out that no one can find that I ever called. The young lady kept saying well I dont know what to do, do you want to order or what. I said I already did and we have been waiting for our order. She asked another guy to take over the phone call. Told him what was going on and he said well what was the name of the guy you spoke to. I said I did not know that I had to jot down the mans name to guarantee my order. He also said that I did not order. So this is some kind of business you have here. I have contacted all of my family and you have lost all of us and our family is large. Cant believe this is a proper way to treat a customer. Remember the CUSTOMER is Always RIGHT so take care of YOUR CUSTOMERS.
The food at Franklin Pizza Market is great. The serving size and the price can not be beat in the area. It is very clean and kept very nice. It is the best around. My husband and I frequent the place at least a couple times a week and see many same faces regularly.
