...agree with Rob, Walter's Basin was one of my favorites. Now under new ownership it is terrible in every aspect. Unfortunately, the owners also took over the best restaurant in the North country; William Tell. Words cannot describe how saddened I am at the loss due to decline of the William Tell. What I can't understand is the rationale to get into the restaurant business when you deliver such a poor product...stay away.
This was a very good restaurant until the new owners took over a couple of years ago. Now it is awful. They also took over one of the best restaurants in New Hampshire, the William Tell in Thornton, and ruined that. All we can hope for is that they fail soon and that someone restores both of these restaurants to what they were.
