Great food but lacks good customer service. waitresses need to pay more attention to customers and try to get food out faster I was in a few weeks ago with my boyfriend and it took forever for the waitress to take our order and deliver the food. has everyone in the service industry forgotten service with a smile and that if it wasn t for customers there would be no business
I go to Ashland House atleast two times a week..I think there the best in town..Best subs i ever had, big and full unlike the Village rest. The owners are the nicest people i have ever met..There always so pleasant to me and my kids. The rest is very clean and cozy.
THANK YOU ASHLAND HOUSE..YOUR THE BEST.
good pizza, reasonable prices, super friendly service. . . ya it is small, and ive only done take out, but punch for punch you wont find a better pizza for your money in town. Other places have good pie too, but are not even close to as wallet friendly.
You get way more food, that tastes really good, at better prices than anyone around. Well worth the experience. It's a small place but they have a lot of heart.
I love the food and the owner is awesome.
i dont understand what peoples problem are with ashland house of pizza....i order there and i have never had any problems...great people work there and ill continue to go there over and over......great service and food ....
I went in for a couple of pizzas and came out with a piece of gum stuck into my pizza.
I went in on a Thursday night for a couple of pizzas with my wife and kids. After I ordered I emptied out the minivan's cupholders and brought the small bag of trash into the restaraunt. There was no obvious trashcan so I dropped it into the small trashcan in the bathroom.
Apparently, the owner wasn't happy that I put it in his bathroom trashcan and asked me to remove it. I did what he asked, but that wasn't good enough.
After we got the scalding hot pizza, my wife noticed a minty smell to our pepperoni and cheese pie. She found a piece of gum balled up in the bottom of the crust.
Totally disgusting. It put us off our food. We'll never go back, obviously. Hope that you don't either.
