Dynamite Sushi, Hudson

I'm on the road most of the time and eat at sushi restaurants around country. Dynamite's sushi and sashimi are just okay, but the portions are too small. My wife ordered a sushi combo and I ordered a sashimi combo. The sashimi are barely fish cubes. We paid $55 for those 2 plates and we are still very hungry.

I have eaten at several sushi bars, but none compare to Dynamite I. They have the best sushi around!!! The fish is always fresh, and the sushi chefs are creative with their sushi. The owners are awesome people, too!!! If I had enough money, I would eat there several times a week, if not everyday!!! Dynamite I is the best!!!

Food and service are great! The owner actually remember both mine and my husbands names on our second visit.

I am a huge fan of sushi and Dynamite is one my sushi restaurant staples. The fish is always extremely fresh and well prepared. I highly recommend getting a few friends together and ordering one of their Maki boats (30, 60 or 100 pieces). If going for 60 or 100, they recommend you call ahead so you don't have to wait for the preparation (easily 30-60 mins depending on the crowd). Ho is the owner and head sushi chef and always picks a great assortment for the boat. His wife, Mi, is the hostess and always treats her guests like family! They also have a great assortment of non-sushi Japanese, Thai, and Korean menu options. Not to be missed if you live anywhere near Hudson/Nashua. My only criticism is that they need a bigger facility. They are located in a strip mall on Rt. 3A and the dining room doesn't hold more than 30 people or so. They recently expanded the sushi bar, so it now sits about 15.

amazing food and amazing service. If you don't like susihi then try the crab rangons they are amzing as well
