Usually an enjoyable experience. But last night was much different than usual, looks like they have a new manager and a new staff. I placed an order on line, after 50 min. I went in to pick up the order and was told it wasn t ready. When I inquired why the cashier told me that they were very busy, offered no apology and treated me like I was at fault for asking (I place on line orders because I want the items to be waiting for me not the other way around). Then the manager tells me she dropped the pizza, so what was it busy or they dropped my pizza. Tell me the correct story, I understand things can go wrong but I don t like being lied to. Then I notice my pizza still on the floor, with two young male workers standing right over it doing nothing, that made me a bit ill and I am sure the health department would have loved to see that. The same two young male staff members were being spoken to by the manager and not paying attention. She literally had to yell at them in front of the customers. I hope this isn t a sign of a downward slide by a restaurant which used to be run well.
