THE WORST. Shady lying cheat is what I would describe the owner of the green tea. At every possible turn she was less than truthful. If you want a drink then leave, this is the place. But if you want a function GO ELSEWHERE. She will try to cheat you out of every penny she can.
This is where we always go for Chinese food; not just because the food is good and prices are reasonable, but also because the owners make us feel at home! Been other places, and this is one of the few restaurants that has been consistent with the quality of the food. Let's be frank, this restaurant is one of the few at which my family has eaten over the years and everyone has felt fine afterward! No one in the famly has ever gotten sick after eating here; we can only assume their food preparation practices are top notch. For 18 years, we have trusted this restaurant to provide fare that is (1) good; (2) reasonably priced; and (3) in a comfortable atmosphere.
This is a great little restaurant. When you first walk in, there's the main counter behind which is a friendly hostess who greets me (and others) by name. She's chatty and always smiling. When you're seated, the waitstaff is quick to bring tea and water to your table, as well as the menu. The menu is rather full, featuring a wide selection of foods for any taste you're looking for in a Chinese restaurant. Among my personal favs there are the Peking dumplings (fried), the chicken chow mein, the pork lo mein and the beef teryaki on a stick (yes, teriyaki is Japanese). If you're a traditional Pu-Pu platter person, you're sure to enjoy their offerings. All the food is served hot by an attentive waitstaff. For the prices you pay, the food is plentious and delicious. Definately worth a visit!
