This place should be closed!!!
First off let me say that my co-workers and I order almost every day. Now let me say that for the first few weeks this place was almost perfect. Then they started forgetting things- salad dressings, side orders, even a whole sub one time. Then yesterday, one of my co-workers ordered a Chicken Fajita in addition to the rest of our orders our bill was about $50. Well on their menu which by the way shows up with our order EVERY day, it usually states what is included in subs, salads, etc. Well this Fajita came with onions, peppers, obviously Chicken but also included tomatoes. Now so ok they messed up but actually the problem is that the person that ordered this is highly ALLERGIC to tomatoes. I called Pizza Queen and nicely asked for a replacement WITHOUT tomatoes or something else. The woman who takes the orders just said "I dont have time to make another one" then after being transferred to the OWNER of the place he stated that replacing her order would be "Community Service" something he doesnt take part in and that he wasnt going to replace it. After informing him that the woman was ALLERGIC to something he added without her knowledge , also already paid for her order and should at least be reimbursed he said "Well I dont care, SUE ME THEN" So basically we will NEVER EVER order from this place again. Had my co-worker not have noticed the tomatoes, we could of lost her. All over poor customer service and ignorance. I warn everyone, especially anyone with food allergies, to never trust this place. Its definately not worth taking the chance.
