What can I say do not go!! Bad bad customer service from the Owner herself. I used to love it there but the past two years it has gotten way worse. Don t waste your time or money. If you do you cant say I didn t worn you.

My husband and I took our adult daughter and 3-year-old grandson to a high tea at Ferns and Flowers this week to celebrate her landmark birthday, and we had a delightful experience. The rooms were warm and cozy with fires in the fireplaces. The staff worked nonstop to make all their guests happy, and they did have a full house that day. They remained calm and exquisitely polite despite the fact that they were two staff members down due to illness and a car accident. Once seated, we enjoyed our separate favorite teas from an extensive list, and on request our grandson got a miniature old-fashioned glass milk bottle of milk (at no extra charge, may I add). The scones with cream and jam were DELICIOUS. We all could have stuffed ourselves with them, but we had to move on to cold sandwiches and hot hors d'oeuvres followed by delicious baked sweets, both served at each stage on a traditional two-tiered serving plate. We basked in the warmth, good food, and good cheer for 2.5 hours and in all that time no one -- not even our little one -- struck a false note. Thank you F&F! We'll be back!

Food is pretty good but it is German inspired which isn't readily apparent until you get inside. Also the tea is not brewed but is bag tea. A bit lame for a so called TEAHOUSE. We did not have dessert but some good looking proper tea goodies passed by our table.

What a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. I've been to several events at Ferns and Flowers. I, also, had my daughter's baby shower there. The food is excellent. They are able to cater to a variety of needs, such as the shower, Holiday parties, specialty dinners plus a great brunch. Highly recommended.

Fantastic spot for a cozy lunch and a glass of wine, followed by a little shopping. They always have such unique gifts!

It was like being at a bed and breakfast, personal service, excellently prepared entrees, special attention to the details and very warm and inviting. Great place to treat your special someone. John G.

The flowers here are done with the most care to reflect the giver or the personal style of the person getting the gift. A CD of relaxing music could be added to a floral or plant gift, going to someone sick, bath soaps, a creative fruit and flowers design that I send is always very impresive. A Gift Certificate when in doubt can be sent with a big bunch of Fresh Cut Flowers, so they can enjoy a wonderful Breakfast, Lunch or Afternoon Tea, or a custom made silk arrangement

I can always count on Ferns and Flowers to provide me with the most beautifull arrangements that I can send to family and friends. Everyone just loves to recieve the lovely and different creations that F&F design. Everyone lights up when I bring them a gift from F&F, and they always display it with excitement and delight.
