1 This is by far the best Chinese delivery place in the Providence/Pawtucket area. They re nice people over the phone too. Communication issues exsist, but they don t give up and when you get your food you re glad. Orders are correct and the food is very flavorful. No drab, hateful food here, not once-- and rice and crunchy noodles are included. Portions great, tatse great, great value:A packed quart of chicken chow mein (w/ rice & noodles) + small H&S soup + 2 spring rolls came to 10.50 w/ delivery (but I tip extra).delivery good with some communication issues, but over all friendly.
