David Ryan's is a restaurant (upstairs) and cafe (downstairs) in one. The two are on the more casual side, and a meal is very reasonable. The cafe has more of a pub-like atmosphere than the restaurant, but the same food is served in both venues. The menu includes pasta, steaks and, of course, seafood, including fish and chips and a seafood platter of cod, shrimp and calamari. Ryan's is also known for its hamburgers, its large selection of beer as well as mixed and frozen drinks. As the night wears on, it turns into an island hot spot.
Dinners there are very nice, and full of flavors. The drink menu is extensive and creative, the restaurant is kind of tight but the ambiance is great. Not as great for kids as it is for a more mature crowd. Clam Chowder is a must there. Make reservations too, the restaurant is quite popular!!!
