Ok.. If the decor was updated this place would be a 5 all day, If we are going just off of food then it is a 5. I visited Plymouth Ma. this past weekend as a little getaway from the daily grind. My fiance and I were lucky enough to catch the Thanksgiving parade and the New England Food Fest which was basically a soup and chowder and desert fest. We walked in and Lindsey's seafood bisque was the first thing that we were handed. I am not going to go into a big rant, but lets just say that we voted for them to win the contest and if they could fill a pool with it I would jump in and stay until I had eaten it empty. The next night we decided to drive the 20 minutes or so from Plymouth to have dinner there. We both started off with the bisque, Obviously!, unbelievable. I ordered the broiled seafood platter and my fiance ordered the haddock with crab stuffing. When they first brought the food out my initial thought was damn thats an awful small portion, boy was I wrong! They either have the most deceiving dishes in the world or they ultra compress the food into them. It was a VERY LARGE portion in a small appearing casserole dish. The quality and the flavor of the food was amazing! I am a seafood nut and there are few places that I have been that would compare to Lindsey's. For desert we tried some kind of gooey home made pumpkin cake. It was great also!!! If I didn't live 7 hours away I would be here everyday. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is within driving distance. We WILL be back and if anyone from the restaurant is reading this be ready to ship some bisque to Delaware!
