We had reservations for Saturday at 8pm and we were seated promptly. I was surprised that the restaurant was about half full, but it was the middle of August so I thought that was the cause. The waiter was friendly and knew his job. Two people ordered steaks. They arrived cooked to order and they enjoyed the taste. One ordered the filet of sole. It was dry and nothing special. The vegetable medly was also overcooked. The snap peas were inedible because each one had a tough string. I had to spit it out into my napkin. I had the veal parmigan. It arrived lukewarm, with a very bitter tomato sauce. It was very disappointing. I will not go back to the Palm in Boston. This may be the real reason that it was so empty on a Saturday. Face it, we had to wait in a long line to get into PF Changs the night before.
