Legal Sea Foods' flagship location in Boston's Theater District is surrounded by hotels and nearby Newbury Street, Copley Square and Boston Common. Just inside you'll see a two-story cascading fountain, the center-piece of the restaurant. Legally fresh & delicious seafood!

Legal is always consistently a great place to go -- you can count on the fish being very fresh and deliciously prepared. Service is always top notch, the drinks are great and the atmosphere all blends together to make your visit a wonderful experience.

Nothing special!

It's a chain restaurant that isn't too memorable. The food is alright and the price is a little high. It's great for tourists but if you are local person, try any other seafood restaurant because I assure you that it will be much more memorable and tasty.

Legals has the best Clam Chowdah around in New England! If you like spicy sauces try the Jasmine Rice with Shang-dong sauce yummy!!!

I recently went here after seeing a local play .The wait staff were so helpful.We were able to take our time and enjoy the meal .The food was great I thought that everything was wonderful.I am looking forward to returning ,the next time I see a play.It is so much better than the one in Danvers.

Fantastic

Visited Legal Seafoods more than a year ago. It was highly recommanded by the guidebook. The atmosphere is nice, suitable for either rommance dinner or a small group of friends. I took the waiter's recommandation and ordered the Artic Char, it was absolutely fantastic. I would not forget how the fish pratically melted in my mouth. I personally do not like oyster, but there is a oyster bar that has a wide range of selections of different oysters. The serrvice is good, the waiter forgot our order of a clam chowder until we reminded him, he immediately deliver our chowder with free of charge and a million apologies. As I expected, I had a real taste of a New England Clam Chowder (I am from California).
