Legal Sea Foods - Park Square, Boston

With a new and expanded menu this sure fire great seafood restaurant has improved its ambience recently and the food is getting better (although still more expensive than competitors). New selections include more mainstream fare including steaks and chicken entrees, with a current fusion type flavoring being offered as well as more traditional sauces. Wait staff is always friendly and helpful and service is timely with some sshort lapses when the restaurants are full. Noise level is slightly louder than I would prefer at peak times, however overallthe legal experience is still a solid choice for a great fresh seafood dining experience.

The chowder is great and the seafood casserole is super.If you are watching your weight you my choose the garlic insead of the creamy sauce. The pina colada could have used an additional shot or rum. :-)

This is definitely a Boston classic - and the Park Square location is great for singles, couples or families. There are two levels of seating - the main floor has booths and tables; downstairs is a little more formal, with seating right in the wine rooms. While there's always the classics for adults, there's a great kids menu that includes pizza, hamburgers, macaroni and cheese, fish sticks, etc. It's very kid/family-friendly. The service is great - servers know a lot about the different kinds of fish. And I'd recommend trying something new off the huge wine list - the servers are good with recommending wines to go with different sorts of dishes.

i like lobster & shrinps, the service is good i went ot the one in copley place and be back next time in boston, we like boston very much is a quiet city and not so hurry like new york, you can do whathever you want.

Even though it's a chain, you'd never know because Legals has the best seafood in Boston. Tourists and Bostonians can agree on that one.

I love the atmoshere and their service. It's a great romantic night out before going to a show.

While there are many great Seafood resteraunts in Boston this is on my must visit list for each trip back.

While we were vacationing in New England last week, we were visiting Boston and hadn't had a New England Seafood dinner yet, and are so glad we chose Legal Sea Foods! It exceeded our expectations for fresh, delicious seafood, and the value and service was exceptional. The service was quite refreshing.my co worker and i had worked along two days at a dance competition and we were very hungry by the time we finished. the hotel the event was at referred as to you and we have referred other co workers to you as well. we both were seated promptly and our server soon followed. he never let our glasses be less than hlf full and at the rate we were drinking it was good to no we wouldnt go thirsty. i ordered the salmon blakened and some of your clam chowder the food was excelent but the service was even better he anticipated practicly our every dining will. overall it was a great way to end a not so great day.
