Settle into a deep booth in the mahogany-paneled dining room and get ready for a melt-in-your-mouth culinary experience at this old-fashioned steakhouse called Abe & Louie's. Filet mignon and porterhouse steak are standard fare. The kitchen offers a selection of cheese and sauces that may be included with your steak. Lighter entrees include a selection of poultry and fish dishes. Pick your own side dishes from a list including onion rings, asparagus and creamed spinach while you enjoy a drink from the full service bar. Seasonal outdoor seating and private dining rooms are available.

Best Steakhouse in Boston

I loved the dark wood and gold leaf ceilings. Huge service staff complete with rolling carts and a wine steward. Great juicy steaks and tableside visits from managers.

It's a great restaurant!

Everytime that I've been here, the staff has been great, the drinks were fabulous, the food was wonderful. It is some of the best steak that I;ve had in the city. I would eat there everyday if I had the option. It is a must for a great dinner experience.

One of the best restaurants on Newbury Street

I have always had a wonderful meal here. It's in a great location and is also a great place to stop and have a drink at the bar before heading out for the night.

By far the best steak on the East Coast. Go here to see the stars and dive into the best steak you will find in Boston. Side dishes are just as good and with Impecable service, you can't lose.

You get what you pay for -- which is a lot!

Wonderful spot on a great Boylston St Location... service is impecible , dark wood is like most steak houses, but a bit more natural light filters through --especially when the outdoor seating is operating (though for dinner I would sit inside).
