Set further back then most of the restaurant in the North End, Lo Conte has a real creative flare to the traditional Italian dishes. The people working there were fabulous from the maitre d' standing out front to all the waiters inside. After trying a little bit of everything that people ordered, I still fell in love with the Shrimp with raviolis stuffed with shrimp in a brandy cream sauce. Their red sauce was pretty bland but their antipasto was great. The wine selection was limited however I found one that paired well with the shrimp. Big parties will need reservations and finding parking may be a challenge. However, this is the North End and its all worth it.
