This is a great find for those who don't want to do the big bar/restaurant or coffee house that seem to make up most of your options in Salem. It's cozy (less than 20 tables) and has an authentic Italian feel. The menu is very reasonably priced ($11-18 for most entrees) and you'll feel comfortable dressed up for the evening, or just in jeans. My wife and I have lived in Salem for three years and are kicking ourselves that we haven't tried Bella Verona sooner. Any of their meals are great or just go by for an espresso and an out of this world tiramisu.
