I had my wedding at Danversport on April 29, 2006 and they did an AMAZING job!!! Everything was perfect! Everyone raved about the food! Heather, one of the function coordinators was great to work with and I would have another function with her in a heartbeat!! The setting is perfect for a wedding or for a night out for dinner!
We were totally disappointed in the Danversport Yacht Club. More disappointed that I had written and e-mail to them and have received no response. The waitress did not seem to know or care what she was doing. We waited an extremely long time to place our order - the salads finally came - no one removed the salad dishes when we were done - we actually piled them on the window sill. When the entree's finally arrived only three came and one baked potato for the fourth person. Three times the waitress was asked where his entree was and her response was I'll bring it as soon as I can. To be polite the three other people were waiting to eat and ended up with cold food and the fourth person ended up with a cold baked potato by the time his entree arrived. The manager was spoken to about the whole situation and took no interest whatsoever. When we left he was eating his dinner in the dining room at a very nice table.
