So I replied with my address to give it another try next time I visit the area, and the e-mail bounces! Forget it- never going back, and telling as many people as I can! Lucky for me I am a customer service trainer with a major international corporation, so I have an endless supply of captive audiences to tell my story to! Petty, maybe, but I have a perfect example of how NOT to treat customers for my classroom!
I went with my family and was promptly seated and greeted! The food was cooked perfectly and the service was friendly and speedy! I have had issues with the bar service in the past 6 months but in the restaurant I haven't had a problem. I would say go!go!go!
