The scrambled eggs looked and tasted like cardboard. Didn't eat them. The homefries appeared to be packaged. All the pieces were square. They were way too salty, and I'm on a low-salt diet. The pancakes were overcooked. And finally, the bacon came out undercooked, even though I asked for it very well done. The waitress took it back to be microwaved. Then it came back well done, but now it was rubbery from the microwave. Had to ask for more coffee twice. Waitress never came around to ask me how my food was.
This is my kids' favorite restaurant. They have a great kids' menu, but also many options from the regular menu that are kid-friendly. All the usual diner staples are very good. In my experience the lunch and dinner options have been better than the breakfasts.
The food great and the prices reasonable. I had the Godzilla omelet, try it if you dare! The staff were friendly and paid attention to detail. I heard they are opening a new restaurant soon, I can't wait to try it. I lik it alot. Dom is goot.
Misty Moonlight has got to be the best place to stop in for breakfast anytime of the day. You get a definate feel of the 50's, very Americana decor. Full breakfast menu choices suiting almost all tastes.
Styled in a 1950s-60s theme, this diner is fun to visit. Posters of Marylin and Elvis and the other greats form that period adorn the walls. Black and white checkered tiles, and the vinyl red seats bring ones mind back in time. The waitstaff are courteous, friendly, and helpful. The menu is comprehensive (from meatlovers to vegetarian meals.) The quality and quantity of food is beyond compare. To top it off, the bill is never outrageous. You get quite a bit more than what you pay for. On a Sunday, the line is out the door but people keep coming. On a weekday during business hours the place is full but there's never a wait. You've got to try it out! Take the whole family out and let the kids see what a real malted shake is like!
Misty Moonlight diner is a great place to eat, You can just feel the greatness in the air, and the food is great. It's my alltime favorite place to eat, in fact, I got the name of my neopets help site from this wonderful place.
