agroup of us went here for a birthday celebration. The waitress we had was not very nice at all. She had an attitude with my fiance to begin with. She said that they couldn't do seperate bills. I have never in my life been to a place that had service like this!! She was a very very rude waitress! None of us wanted to pay any tip! We asked to speak to the manager and he was too busy chatting with other people to come over. The waitress said that the manager told her to take care of it. I will never go there again. They didn't wear name tags and her shirt was soiled evenb though it was only a half hour after opening. Everytime you asked her a question her eyes bugged out of her head like someone was choking her. It seemed like she is too STRESSED out to do her job, she just can't handle it. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place is a 1 for customer service! also noted was the lack of a dessert offering and on a final note the practice of including the gratuity in the check seems to diminish the level of effort by the servers, after all if one knows they recieve something automatically , where is the incentive to strive to perfection. the potatoes showed up five mins after the main course which was entirely lacking any outstanding qualities at all . For excellent service at two thirds the cost of Roma , one should go to the Tavern on broad st in westfield where the customer satisfaction is number one priority
