Wachusett (Algonquin for "great hill") has day and night skiing on its runs. Among the many lifts serving the mountain, you will find a high-speed detachable quad. Terrain accommodates advanced, intermediate, and beginners alike, and boasts a vertical of 1,000 feet. ActivitiesSnowboarding: Snowboard-friendly with diverse terrain for all abilities including a halfpipe and the Alpine Park. Nice 350-foot inground halfpipe at bottom of Look Mom trail. Shop is available for equipment and apparel. Lessons are available.Cross Country Profile: One hundred wooded acres with trails at the Wachusett Inn. Tours available that feature ice climbing, winter hiking, and other adventure programs.LodgingWachusett Village Inn, located in nearby Westminster, offers 74 rooms, restaurant and cafe, lounge, conference center, and health club which features an indoor pool, exercise equipment, sauna, and jacuzzi.Winter RecreationAlpine Park and halfpipe.
