Snow Trails near Mansfield opened in 1961. It is Ohio's first ski resort, and at 1,475 feet has the highest elevation in the state. TActivitiesSnowboarding: Snowboarding is allowed on all open trails and three recently expanded terrain parks feature a halfpipe and more hits, jumps, bumps, and slides. Lessons and rentals are available.LodgingNo lodging available at area, but six lodges available within 5-10 minutes. No transportation available. Winter RecreationIndoor tennis, racquetball, movie theatres, and swimming nearby.
