Room was big and clean. (bathroom could use a fan vent for showers) Breakfast was not included but was good for the two times we ate.($24 for two adults and free for the kids) Big TV was a plus and microwave and big mini fridge was a plus. Close to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, and Water Country USA. Pool on the cool side but we had a pleasant stay with helpful and polite desk staff. Would stay here again !

Had a suite and loved it. Free internet and clean comfortable rooms. That staff was very friendly and you are close to all the activities. Breakfast was awesome! Can't go wrong. We went with another family who stayed there as well and they loved it too!

Although the room was a bit small for a "suite" it worked out just fine for our family of 2 adults and 3 small kids. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very nice. We would definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely spotless! We were off season so there were very few crowds to contend with. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was so friendly. The hotel was nice and neat. It was located on the main road and was near everything. The beds were really comfortable. However the room was small.The hotel was packed while we were there and it was hard to find a seat for breakfast. However, the breakfast area was large and if you waited you got a seat. My main complaint is the tile used at the pool was really slippery and I thought it was dangerous. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The Holiday Inn Express Williamsburg is the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Close to Downtown, easy access to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, I-64, and of course the Pottery and outlets! The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and curteous. The pool was a great plus, as was the gym. Our stay was great because the Inn is quiet and peaceful.

i liked the nice breakfast they hadd....very tasty....and the good thing about this hotel is that everything is neear by like water country usa...busch gardens and colonial williamsbur...this is the cleanest hotel that i have ever been too.....so this is the best wayy to go...
