I loved everything about the hotel. It is very nicely decorated. The staff is wonderful & always so helpful - from the reservation clerk down the maids. The rooms are beautiful. This is the nicest Hilton Hotel I have stayed in. I can't express how much I enjoyed my stay.

I was quite impressed by the pool area. The deck with the city view is amazing. If ever I am in Houston again, I will definately stay at the Hilton Americas.

we stayed here after our wedding. Although it was a brief stay until we left for our honeymoon it was great. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the food was delightful. I wish we had stayed here longer. It was much better than our honeymoon location. The ICON really set the bar. It was hard to leave. We will be returning every year.

The service was almost as good as the hotel is spetacular. The view is stunning and the food is worth going back for. The conveience of the skybridge is great.

My husband and I spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. We received wonderful service from every single employee that we interacted with. The concierge and shuttle service "Cadillac Escalade" were great touches. We will absolutely be back.

This is a good hotel that can eventually give the nearby Four Seasons a run for the money. Clean, large rooms, *very* comfortable beds. I liked it when my wife and I stayed there because it was for us right in the middle of everything. The people were so nice and did not mind just doing ,,,,,stuff We had a great time. I like that Michell at the desk she was so helpful, she seemed to know everything, when we called her she was right on top of things, Nadia also, they were great people.

Good location to downtown activities and sports arenas (Minute Maid and Toyota Center). Staff was friendly and attetive to needs. Convention center also in close proximity.
