I've contacted this hotel no less than 6 times over the past 4 days to speak to a manager. I keep getting the same response: "He should be in later/tomorrow." What a joke...

Do not get me wrong Ramada is a good place to stay but not this one. Individually owned by a bad owner. Mr. & Mrs.Sharma are horrible owners. Absolutely loved this place. Free, hot breakfast, business center and a nice pool/jacuzzi. I definitely recommend this place over any of the others in Ruidoso. It's a great value for the price and in an excellent location to all the attractions including the casinos and race track. I WILL be staying here again!

The customer service is terrible. Their continental breakfast is awful and they run out of everything within a few minutes and do not restock the items. The rooms are not very clean. There are plenty of decent hotels in Ruidoso Downs and Ruidoso, but this is NOT one of them!! We paid $140 a night, but will never stay there again.
