ONE words Horrible, worst of the worst! noisy, rude, bad service!!!i stayed here for two days, and i quickly left on the next! Evening and morning.. people outside start screaming, and the hotel does even do anything about it! it loud, noisy, a disgrace!

my son and i stayed at the hotel over christmas in 2005. the room was very clean and new and the staff was friendly.
Good location on Manhattan, close to subway, whole foods, restaurants. Good Value. Small but interestingly industrial modern design. No gym sadly, but internet access in bar.

What I love about boutique hotels is their concentrated service factor. The Four Points certainly does this immediately when you walk into the door.
