The staff was friendly and very helpful - they knew the local area and suggested places to visit, showing us how to get to them on a map. The breakfest was very good. Hotel with excellent rooms and beds in the centre of the city.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location with beautiful rooms. I stayed there both times I was in Leuven and had an excellent stay.
